I do quite a few running events and I've used these for the past year. They store well and don't deteriorate, they taste good and best of all I don't have any side effects or nausea etc. Also easy to open on a run and won't slow you down. I'm just buying another pack.

These are my FAVORITE running gels (I have now run 2 half marathons hehe). I love the flavors and the texture of these. The chia texture was a bit surprising at first because it almost tasted like an applesauce or jam. These were nice and easy only my stomach, but strong enough to keep me energized. As far as hydration I think that it's hard to say because I also take salt tablets but it's nice to know that these have some electrolytes too. I also think these give you a bigger serving per gel which help me stay full longer. I have repurchased this pack a couple times because it's THAT good. Would definately recommend if you are exploring different running gel options!

Excelente sabor (en su mayoría), no me cayeron pesados al estómago, su presentación es práctica y valen por el precio.
