Mission: Impossible 8: The Final Reckoning

Now I can't wait to receive my 4K ultra Blu-ray movie of the final reckoning mission impossible with Tom Cruise this is an excellent well done well thought out action-pack thrill Ride that goes on and on and does not stop until you hit the credits.. A+ for this remarkable movie that concludes the mission impossible series.. I think!!

Worse MI movie by far. Who in their right mind would rate anything above 3 stars. Best part of the movie was from Pom Klementieff, her character “Paris” kicks ass!

I'm not sure why so many people are so negative. I loved this movie. I watch movies to be entertained and this did exactly that. It went so fast and my wife and I liked it so much we saw it again at the theater. I can't wait to get it in 4K and enjoy it at home. The action was fantastic and the writing was very entertaining. Sit back and enjoy the ride, it's fun, entertaining, and most likely the last one with Tom in it. It's been a great ride for sure!

Hmm. I love this franchise, but this entry may rank only above MI:2 for me. It makes a simple premise unnecessarily convoluted; it spends half the overly long run time on repetitive and often needless exposition; it works way too hard to sanctify Ethan Hunt; I still don't buy the chemistry between Cruise and Atwell; and the movie makes all of the same mistakes Spectre did in the Bond series by trying to tie disparate threads from previous MI movies together in a clunky way that diminishes those previous entries by proxy. Still, I can't say that the two big action set pieces weren't breathtaking, suspenseful, and well-crafted, which is really the main point of these movies in the end, I suppose...I just wish there were more of them, and that they didn't start 80 minutes in. This is a strange MI entry to judge. It isn't nearly as good as MI:1, 4, 5, 6...or even 3 or 7, honestly, but it has its stellar moments, and how can I not watch the Final (?) entry to one of my favorite franchises?

Love the tie end of the previous movies. Wish could have been more. Then the movie 🍿 would been 5hrs 😂😂On a serious note, this movie is a must see and have for your collectionEnjoy the movie 🍷🎬🎥

I was highly anticipating this final installment of the franchise. I’ve loved them all… except this one.The first 30 minutes is so confusing to watch between the dark scenes with annoying yellow and white background lights, to the constant switchback of scenes that don’t make any sense. I wish they would have just added an extra 15 minutes to dead reckoning and finished it. Would have been great!I know Tom cruise out a lot into this movie so I feel bad giving this review but I was so disappointed. Everything was forced. It just wasn’t fun to watch.Don’t waste your money and just watch Dead reckoning over.

The movie is great and the disc has excellent video quality with a significant number of extras.
