I recently invested in the Yard Saver Drive-On Lawn Grid to create a solid base for my shed, and over a year later, I am pleased to report that it has exceeded all my expectations. Living in Florida, where stability is crucial, I have not noticed any shifts in the shed's level since installation. The installation process was a breeze, thanks to the product being ready to use straight out of the package. I utilized three of the five grids provided, and they proved to be sturdy and highly customizable. Filling them with a rock base and ensuring the ground was level beforehand simplified the entire process. Once the shed was in place, the grids were barely noticeable, seamlessly blending into the overall aesthetic. Pros: Ready to install with no additional assembly required. Sturdy construction with ample room for customization. Easy to work with; cutting would have been simple if needed. Cons: The only downside I found was the price, which initially seemed a bit higher than expected. However, further research revealed that it falls within the standard price range for a product of this caliber. In summary, the Yard Saver Drive-On Lawn Grid has proven to be an excellent investment for anyone looking to create a stable and reliable base for a shed. Its easy installation process, sturdy build, and customizable features make it a standout choice despite its slightly higher price point. If you're seeking a dependable solution for shed or structure foundations, I highly recommend considering this product as it has certainly met and exceeded my expectations.

We used these under our tree swing where grass doesn’t grow. So far it’s working and young grass is still there after multiple kids and adults using it at our wedding venue and our grandkids at family gatherings. My husband dug up the ground and worked to level them and blend with the ground. He filled it with dirt and I planted grass seed patch on top. I think once the grass thickens we won’t see the grids.

We purchased a set of 5 to use where our dogs had created a mud hole near our back door and patio. The idea is to keep them from digging down and allowing the grass to grow. After installing we've noticed that the amount of mud on the patio is much less. We seeded and the new grass is starting to come through. I left about 1/4" to 1/2" exposed. My only negative is the price. They are expensive for what they are.

I feel great knowing that my extra car can park on these. It helps the grass to survive the tire marks and riding on it. Also, I like that the tires on not sitting directly on the grass/dirt. It helps preserve the tires from getting tire rot. I plan to utilize them until the car is sold. Great product.

We placed a cargo trailer in our yard over a year ago and saw our grade decline as the dirt was eroding from rain and the light weight trailer going in/out then. We regraded and added these paired with another brand/type with gravel and more dirt. Our soil is mostly sand with very little silt and clay so it is not very supportive of heavy weight. We had a paver crew drive in a truck bed full of about 400 sqft of pavers. If we had not laid these down they would have likely gotten their vehicle stuck while tearing up the yard too- but that did not happen thanks to these. Now almost a year later and a loaded (5000 lb) heavier (8x12’) trailer in the yard we have not had any problems where these were placed. Now, We are going to add a few near the small slope entry that had none and has degraded- finally giving difficulty backing the trailer in by the car tires spinning the soft dirt. I highly recommend these if you will have some heavier than normal items in your yard like a trailer.

I lined the edges of my driveway with these and it's totally solved the problem of ruts when trying to get around other cars. I put sod down over these and it's doing great! Added bonus, the sprinkler heads have an extra layer of production around them now!

This grid was exactly what i was looking for to establish a walkway under our deck. It matched the size and description perfectly. We have filled the opening with rocks and pebbles. Easy to install and will be ordering more in the future to cover areas under the deck where it gets muddy

At $99.99 for a 5-pack (Amazon price at time of purchase and review) this product is GROSSLY over-priced. $20 per "paver"? Are you kidding me? $15 tops, $10 per is far more reasonable. Having said that, these pavers are pretty good. Not the best I've seen, but up there. They merit 5 stars. I bought two 5-packs and will use them. But I WON"T be back for more. Not highway robbery, yard robbery. 3 stars.
