Just The Job BUT Note My Update!!
UPDATED REVIEW......... Despite the Part Number matching up, my Mountfield Ride on Mower suffered from fuel starvation issues after fitting this filter, whereby the Mower would stop after about 45 minutes use. Upon inspection, the carburettor side of the filter would be empty of fuel, even though the feed from the tank was good! Either a dodgy filter or the paper filter was to dense? In the end, I replaced this filter with a Briggs & Stratton 75 Micron Filter, which seems to have solved the problem ORIGINAL REVIEW....... Although there are plenty of 'After Market' Fuel Filters available, I opted for an Original Briggs & Stratton Filter for reassurance. It differs slightly in size and appearance from the original, being shorter in length and opaque in colour but it still fits perfectly and the mower runs smoothly. The only minor issue is that the arrow on the opaque plastic, showing the 'direction of flow' is difficult to see but it is there.

This is a very good filter which also can be used for other applications with a 6mm hose connection. I have used it for my outboard.
