Awesome gloves. Can't complain. Haven't tried feeding tig filler with these yet, but that's what my tillman goat thins are for. They are very comfortable and my fingers didn't shrivel up after a 4 hour welding session at 150a on mig. Very flexible, pretty warm for cold weather work and still stay flexible. Real leather, they smell nice. Bought large, I usually wear a medium, and they fit snug. If you wear a large in Mechanics brand gloves and those are snug, I would reccomend to get the XL. I wear large in mechanics which are on the edge of a little loose and the large black stallion gloves fit like a glove. no pun intended.

Best gloves! Use them for welding work and use them for other things because they’re so comfortable. You’ll feel like working right when you put them on. I wish I had these when I was in the Marines.

Probably my favorite gloves, i use these in my shop and in the field. These gloves are comfortable and pretty damn durable. Thickness, to me, is perfect. My hands still feel functional when handling material. The length is good for what it is, could use a few more inches on the skirting.

First, let me say that I ordered another pair for when these eventually wear out. PPE doesn’t last forever. I like these gloves for their snug fit, dexterity, and heat durability through eight hours of daily abuse. My reason for 4 stars is that the stitching on the thumb and palm guards started to pop after a few intense heat sessions. However, this is easily fixed with Krazy Glue (the original Krazy Glue, not the cheap stuff.) Put a few drops in between the leather when the seams start popping and you’re good. I’ve put these through eight weeks of daily abuse and there are no soft points. Overall - a quality product that will tolerate hot metal better than what I’ve found in retail stores.

Anyone that welds can easily burn through gloves. These are very comfortable with extra leather in places. No complaints.

Probably the best MIG welding gloves I've ever used! I'm a welder/fabricator for a wood processing company and weld and fabricate 10+ hours a day. These gloves are comfortable, excellent protection against heat, sharp metal and can really take abuse! Love the extra wear pad protection and anytime someone comes into my cell to talk and sees them ask me about them. Our company supplies the cheap thin gloves from another company that last 2 weeks if you're lucky! It's my PPE's that protects what makes me my living, my hands! So I'm done using cheap stuff where I still get cuts, burns and heat build up all week long. Been using them for 3 weeks straight with zero issues. These will be the only gloves I buy for work from now on.

Not much heat protection at all! Even getting a pan from the oven at 200deg C , I could not hold on to it more that 30sec. Not worth the time and money.
