it is quite good oven for pizza, any bread with more rise might touch coil and burn. But as far as flat breads are concerned this oven gives a good bang for a buck. It is true pizza burns quickly, for that pizza should be checked and rotated time to time while keeping an active watch. I find it easy to use and maintain. A lot of cleaning require just heating and brushing ash away after cooldown.

Worked as expected very well, Still I don't keep it in max temperature fearing glass, The display of all letters are difficult to read especially if you don't keep in straight level. Like the timer functionality where it turns off automatically. Rotisserie rod is ok, but a bit shaky to keep heavy stuff. Need to be careful while closing and opening door as they are a bit loosely coupled.

Update: After the horrible experience with wonderchef, I purchased Morphy Richard’s OTG 60L. Excellent built quality and extraordinary customer support! It’s 2000 more expensive than wonderchef but worth it! I purchased the Wonderchef 60L OTG from Amazon, and it turned out to be a defective product. The oven made unusually loud noise in convection mode and showed inadequate heating when checked with an oven thermometer. I immediately informed Amazon since the listing mentioned a 10-day service centre replacement warranty. Amazon, however, asked me to contact Wonderchef customer support and get a service report before they could initiate a replacement. It took 11 days for a Wonderchef service engineer to finally visit. He acknowledged the problem but refused to give any written report—which Amazon requires for a refund or replacement. So I’m now stuck in a pointless loop: Wonderchef won’t provide a report, and Amazon won’t replace without it. This experience clearly shows that the so-called “service centre replacement warranty” is misleading. Wonderchef’s product quality is poor, and their customer service is even worse. Amazon should reconsider allowing such deceptive warranty policies. Bottom line: Don’t buy this OTG or any Wonderchef product if you expect proper after-sales service or hassle-free replacement.

Best pizzas I made in years, go for it without a doubt

I recently purchased the Wonderchef 60L OTG, and overall, I’m quite happy with its performance. The oven arrived in good working condition, and all accessories were intact. It heats up quickly, bakes evenly, and the large 60L capacity is perfect for pizzas, cakes, and roasting. The 6-stage heat selection is convenient, and the build feels sturdy with a nice finish. However, I did notice a small dent on the right-top side of the oven on arrival. It doesn’t affect the functionality, but it’s a bit disappointing considering the price and brand reputation. Packaging could be improved to prevent such issues during delivery. Have been using it for more than 2 years and the performance has been very good (used for bread, pizza and occasional cakes). The user interface is simple with 4 knobs and uncluttered unlike some of the designs with loads of mostly useless options and a digital interface. The 60 liters volume is sufficiently large to bake a big loaf of bread for up to 6 persons in one go.

I was sceptical when I brought this. This is a fantastic pizza oven for those who like making pizza from scratch. Easily bakes 10-11 inch pizzas. Have made 65-75% dough hydration on it. It's important to bring it up to 4-5 on heat before sliding in the pizza for baking. Takes about 5 mins for pizza once hot. Need to invest in a metal wire scrapping brush and pizza peal as this is essential. Stainless steel cutting boards are also good to lift and drop the pizzas onto the stone.

Doesn't go to 450 degree in 5 minutes. Tops out at 350-60 degree Centigrade in 15 minutes of preheating.
