Quality gaming computer
This is a very good performance laptop. All those dumb, unnecessary features: touchscreen, low-quality webcam, predownloaded useless software-- you will not find here. These people spent their time on one thing only: quality. This is a half-decent laptop, it can handle anything from Skyrim to Doom and more, easy. The only thing you might compain about is there's no number pad, which is a minor inconvenience for those who want this for anything that involves number crunching. Other than that, the laptop even gives you full control over its internal components, so you can decide if you want full-on performance or a laptop that doesn't make a sound as you scroll through social media or whatever.

Amazing, no complaints
This computer is by far the best I’ve ever had. I love the customization with the lights and everything. I love how well it runs games and it’s perfect for me. After trying the Microsoft Surface Book 3 and the MacBook Pro and no luck with those. I finally decided to suck it up and buy a gaming computer. Literally bought it for GTA5 and it runs it beautifully. Haven’t had it any problems with it at all, comes with a huge charger. Battery life sucks when gaming, but that’s to be expected. If you have any doubts, buy it

Good Gaming Laptop But Beware of a Couple of Things
Overall this is a great laptop. However, like any gaming laptop, this one runs hot. In fact, it's super hot. I had to use ThrottleStop to undervolt the cpu and cache. (There are instructions online on how to do this.) The result is a much cooler experience. At least my fingers don’t feel like they’re being burned to death on the WASD keys while I’m gaming after the adjustment. Also, there is no mic boost and people on Discord and Microsoft Team can barely hear me using a headset. This is super annoying. I’ve tried updating the drivers and what not but after some research some other people complained about this as well. I have a USB Razer headset that I can use as an alternative, which allows me to boost the output through the their software. Otherwise, like everything else about this laptop. I’ve been able to play World of Warcraft, Outriders, Final Fantasy XIV so far at the highest video settings and all have worked flawlessly.

Beautiful, high-performance laptop, but needs to be plugged in for gaming sessions
Best looking gaming laptop on the market. In terms of specs, it’s of similar value of other brands’ laptops, but you get much better RGB lighting. Downside: poor battery life and loud fan noise but that’s expected with any gaming laptop. Can’t fault Alienware for the limitations of portability.

No issues!
I bought the m15, i7, with 16 GB of RAM with 500 GB of memory several months ago. The computer works well when playing all of my games on steam. I've had no issues so far! I was also able to upgrade my laptop by installing a 1 TB ssd card. Installing the new ssd card was very easy.

Stopped working after less than two weeks, nightmare service
Was pretty excited about this laptop at first - fast, pretty, ran a little hot with basic programs but that wasn't too worrying. And then after less than two weeks, it was only functional when plugged in. If I wanted a desktop, I'd get a desktop. Hypothetically Dell is sending a tech to replace the battery, but whatever third party service company they use can't figure out how to get someone to show up for scheduled service, so we'll see if that ever happens. Do yourself a favour, don't waste your money on this. UPDATE: after failing to show up the first time they scheduled service, and being two hours late the second time they scheduled, the problem is back only a few days after the "fix". Dell won't refund it because I bought it from Amazon, Amazon won't refund it because I'm outside the 30-day window - you know, because Dell said they could fix it. Buy from ANYWHERE else instead of throwing away your money.

Good for gaming I’ve been able to play most games with no issues. I highly recommend a cooling pad. Unless you have the fan turned up to max which is super loud you’ll melt your hands off playing games at higher graphics settings. I understand the heat comes from the increased performance but I’ve had a few time the cpu and you temps have maxed out past 99 degrees. I’m always having to put games graphics down not because it can’t handle it but because I’m afraid I’m going to melt the table or my hands. Which kind ruins the point of having a high performance gaming laptop in my opinion. Other than the heat the quality of the laptop is very nice and clean. You’ll need an external hard drive as the default one is way too small for today’s games sizes.
