I bought these because i recently fell and on ice and broke my leg. it takes me awhile to get to bathroom. I felt more confident while wearing these. They fit really well.

Normally wear XXL but pad although long, is thin, narrow and not very absorbent but wear in day as fits over abdomen and butt. Although do not fit over abdomen and butt and XL pad shorter is shorter but 100x thiker, wider and absorbent to prevent overnight leaks which got (massive) with XXL overnight. Do have to use 2-4 od overnight (usually just 2-3). Tried another major brand but very poor any size fit. Always discreet fit by far the best for me.
