This Special Supplies oral brush is the perfect tool to massage and stimulate my gums. I'm actually hoping it will help me lose weight by keeping my mouth occupied with chewing on it, instead of reaching for the snacks. So far, it’s holding up remarkably well. And I like how it feels on my gums. I'm glad I ordered this oral brush and I recommend it.

THEY DONT VIBRATE, it's a hard piece of plastic with a slightly less hard rubber and to chew on at best.

I have multiple students who need vibration input to the mouth but can't tolerate actual vibrations. This is a great alternate when rubbed between teeth, but also just in the mouth at all. The size of a toothbrush & very easy to use. Still need to see how long it lasts, but the variety of color options are nice!

My daughter is constantly ruining the eraser side of her pencils b/c she always has to have one in her mouth. I've tried the silicone chew necklaces, but she doesn't really like those and says they are less "practical" - my words not hers. She just won't utilize those shapes as easily. The pencil/pen shape of this oral stimulator is perfect for her, as it simulates a writing utensil. She is nine, so she was able to give me her feedback on this as well - She said that the top, chew part should be a little longer, but overall, the top is soft enough, and she likes how it feels on her gums, too.

Let me start by saying this is the first sensory tool/toy that we have tried for a child with an oral preoccupation. We loved and they loved it. I was a bit concerned that the child would bite through it or rip the silicone head off, but that has not happened yet. I took the picture in this review after about 5hrs of hard chewing. The brush component is still totally in tact, and there are a few visible scratches around the base of the brush. Our child has been asking for the "bite brush" and seems excited to use it. My only wish is that there were a hole drilled at the base so that we could thread it onto a necklace. Our child will drop the brush when they want to get back to another activity, and I think having the ability to attach it to their person in some way would be helpful. We may try to DIY that solution if it becomes more of a problem for us. Overall, I am happy to have another tool in our tool belt and will be ordering these brushes in every color. Would recommend!
