何不自由なく普通に使えます。選手だったりそういうレベルでの目線で無ければ何も問題ありません。 付属の商品は正直要らないかなって思うのですが、これは人によるかなと。ただ素人でもシャトルの違いは目に見えて実感できるので、ラケットよりもいいシャトルを買った方がその後ストレスなく楽しめると思います。
