Almost all the parts were missing. The box was not in great condition. Tape holding part of the box together. Very disappointed.

I so love this ! I had one (nothing like this one) & I had it for at least 15 yrs , the blades got dull . The plastic finally cracked from all the pressure I had to use due to the dull blades . So I finally accepted the fact I needed a new one . So I purchased this ine & I'm so happy with it , works way better then my older one did when it was new a. So many blades , convenient little pull out tray . But be careful when you go to wash the chopping blades , they are extremely sharp ! But this gadget saves me so much time ! You won't regret buying it !

Wonderfully sharp, great variety of blades, and it's roomier than most on the market. The top can be a little confusing to snap onto, but when the top is hooked onto the lip on the bottom container it's very sturdy. Used several times already with great results for my arthritic parents. Only issue is that it's hard to store everything in the box it arrives in. You may need someplace to store the blades, protective knob, and two types of blade containers.
