I used this corn powder to make soups and homemade seasoning blends, and it’s a game-changer! The flavor is sweet and rich, just like fresh corn. It dissolves easily and works great in both savory and sweet recipes. Totally exceeded my expectations.

I use this to supplement the corn flavor in corn soup and corn chowder. Great taste.

The spinach powder is very fine and dry, a little cloud of green puffed up just peeling off the can seal. It is a nice medium shade of green with mild spinach leaf scent. The powder has a pleasant spinach flavor with some natural plant sweetness and no bitterness. The 1.41oz can size doesn't seem like a lot and probably wouldn't go far if someone is doing spinach dominant drink or food, but it's a pretty good amount for being used as a secondary ingredient as I intend.

Upon opening the can, The contents were in a crust I needed a spoon to break up. The red colors are indeed amazingly bold. I have used the dosing device and have made 4 glasses worth to date. Unfortunately this stuff doesn’t dissolve well at all. No matter how much I stirred, most was in bottom of glass after drinking 90% of mixed drink. I have to report that it not only does not dissolve well but it feels like grainy sand in your mouth I let price motivate this purchase and have purchased other beet juice powder products and never experienced anything like this. I hope it was a bad batch. Otherwise I would avoid this one.

I love this for making borscht, lower in sugar but very good. I add it to water with just a bit of cranberry or other juice too. Great size for traveling.

The flavor is strong and earthy, just like fresh beets. It adds a bit of color to anything I mix it with. I usually stir it into water or juice, and it blends pretty well. Sometimes there’s a little grit left at the bottom, but not too bad. The container is small, but you don’t need much at once. I use it more for the nutrients than anything else.

I got great pumpkin flavor from the container, only it isn't clear from Amazon how small the package really comes. There is a misplaced decimal in the description, as it reads 40 oz instead of 4.0 oz. However, upon closer review, the nutritional information does read as approximate 17 teaspoons of product. The price point per oz is much higher than I had initially believed, but the flavor is more than adequate.
