The product took a long time to arrive, much longer than the estimated time. The first time I used it, I already had blisters on my skin. I decided to give it more chances, but all I got were more blisters and ingrown hairs. Maybe it doesn't work well with thick facial hair. Also, I had to use it multiple times in the same area for it to get rid of uncut hairs. I regret buying it.

Buen producto, para la barba está excelente. Ya sea que te quieras rasurar al ras o con peines, lo hace muy bien y las navajas duran mucho. En cuando a los accesorios para el cuerpo no me agradaron, lo siento más lento e incómodo, sigo prefiriendo el rastrillo para esas partes.

I was surprised when I managed to open the package (not altogether easy...) to see that the mains plug which comes with the charging lead (and you have to charge it for a few hours before you can do anything with this device) is intended for the North American market. This is echoed by the folded-up user instruction sheet - this seems to be a grey import and I shudder to think what Philips in the UK would say if I tried to register it for warranty, let alone claim under the warranty (or the 45 (I think) day money-back deal ..). The device is still charging so cant comment on the battery life or ease of use!

Pretty good product overall, does everything as advertised. Only thing for people not living in the US like me (Singapore), take note that it's a US plug so you'll need a transformer/converter to make it work with you. It's a pretty common thing if you buy overseas electronics, but I totally forgot about that when I made the purchase.

Works well . But the razar needs regular replacements for people with thicker beard in short duration of time and its expensive to buy the replaceable razar blades !
