Basco Shower Door Classic Semi-Frameless Sliding Tub Door, 56-60 in. W x 57 in. H, 3/16 in. Clear Tempered Glass, Chrome

I waited to do this project until now when I ordered this in December. I looked in the box when it arrived to make sure the glass wasn't damaged and it was ok so I set it aside. When I unboxed it yesterday I found that the frame was a little bent which I used pliers to straighten out. The Towel bar is a total loss and cannot be fixed due to being crushed and one of the handles that are supposed to clip to the glass was never factory bent to the right size making it entirely too big to fit over the glass. I don't see any support on this site to try to get the items bent replaced. It was clearly a manufacturing issue with the handle and towel bar and the dent to the frame was poor handling which isn't really the manufacturer's fault. The installations instructions could be a little more clear in what order to do things. I had to take the side piece off twice to add other pieces onto the top rail. All in all it is a nice shower door but for the price I expect all pieces to be in order when shipping it to a customer. Update: I was able to ge in contact with the manufacturer and they sent a replacement towel bar. Door still looks and works great!

It is beautiful, easy to install, there was a part that was bent, they sent us a new part in 2 days, excellent customer service. Would buy again.

While attempting to close the shower door the glass door shattered , and cut my husband’s hands and feet.

**update** The little weels to open and close the door got damaged in three months from using it. Beautiful doors, the problem was the poor care on the packaging and deliver of the item. The box was all open and the door frame was a little bent. The tools or installation items were for plastic shower wall and not for ceramic so I had to go to getbthe correct pins or tools for ceramic. That is why I give them a lower rating. Other than that the doors are beautiful and exact to the measurements

Diseño muy bonito vidrio parece muy fragil y no se si es templado?

Hired someone to install but we have two right frames and no left . I asked him to trim and seal the best he could as I need shower doors and waited a while for these to come in but this will not look professional and will need to be corrected when I redo bathroom

The door shattered onto my daughter causing multiple cuts. As another person mentioned, this is a potential safety hazard. Look for glass with safety film.
