Just what I needed
This tea definitely worked for me. After 1 cup my milk supply had built up. The taste is definitely something you have to get used to but with honey it tastes lovely. You also have to leave it brewing for 15mins which leaves it cold of you don't cover it up. Pricey tea for qu bags and i have read you can buy cheaper but with amazon prime I got it same day delivery so didnt really bother me. Would recommend to any bf mum that is worried about her milk supply being low!

The taste sucks but it does the job
I got this when I first started breastfeeding. The taste of the tea is not that great and I think it worked because I was over supplying after drinking it.

Do not use this product
DO NOT TRUST this product. I just took it for one day and i started bleeding heavily which continued for 17 days. On the next day i took medication for hormonal imbalance related disorders, which i have to take for 15 days with 2 tablets at a time. Whenever i skipped a dose i start bleeding again. This thing played with my hormones. Also sad that i am forced to take all these medicines when i breastfeed. To talk about the goal of this product, i didnt see any increase in my milk supply also. And the product packaging is soo poor that i feel like they took it from a garbage bag. Very sad and it emotionaly made me very down. I see they amazon has reduced its price to 800 + rs and i had bought it for 1600+ rs
