The 20 inch. gell cushion is worth every penny to me! Only one problem, I WISHED I would have thought/seen something like this couple years back. This cushion is relieving most (way better) of my pain on both sides of my rear. Hopefully, it helps on somewhat the healing process. “Bed sores that haven’t opened.” I am 6ft 1inch tall and weight 240 lb’s and it’s holding me up and comfortable. I would like to try one out about a inch thicker and in around the 26”x26” in diameter, but not having any luck so far on finding one. Most products like this are sized for wheelchairs, and I’m not in one. I believe would give a little more room for my size, couch, bench etc. As for bed use, it’s uncomfortable too much pressure on lower back. Now!, one size (full body) like this gell cushion that you can lay on, could be even better! Because I’m at the point where lying down is bothering me down there too. I’m gonna be looking into that too one day. Again, five stars, because I’m getting relief. Thank you.

Well made cushion. Just not what I need. Could be perfect for someone else’s needs!

I’m sorry I can’t give it any stars! My mom has bedsores this is one of the worst things you could purchase! I thought it would be a soft rubber kind of like the purple mattress it’s nothing like it ….very hard rubber uncomfortable for her. They made me rate it at least one star.

Doesn’t give enough support

My dad has had issues with sitting for several years after breaking his tailbone. We are always on the look out for something that helps. This did the job. It is comfortable and a decent thickness. The material is pretty sturdy making it durable. It does slid around a bit on my office chair so there is some concern there, but it seems good in all other categories. He carries it around in his truck and seems happy with it.
