refund refused for damaged manufactures packaging in returns policy caused by really poor packaging
ordered multiple hot wheel premium models. shipping was very quick. However a few sheets of brown paper doe not protect collectors models, cracked blister on two models , bent card corners, in one case almost ripped off j hook. On going to complete returns process. It clearly exempts "for the mere fact manufactures packaging is damaged" I am really unhappy. These are regarded as collectors items so pack them as such!
