Great customer service, What do you have to lose? Buy it and hopefully you have similar results
Should have bought sooner. Lets start with the not so good/bad... Battery life seems to be an issue. When plugged in overnight the battery is good for 20-30min only level 4 with heat and vibration. 15 min each hand is the default and seems to be the perfect time. I really think battery life should be better than 30 minutes. Carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands has got so painful I barely sleep. That's with prescription pain killer and pain cream. Day 1 I did 2 sets on each of my hands. Yes, I had to charge it in between but I spaced them out about 6 hours. That night I slept the entire night. I woke up and had minor tingling in 2 of my fingers still. Some mornings I can't even make a fist so this was 10000% BETTER. Day 2 I continued with 2 sets on each hand, 1 around noon and one around 8pm. I was a little sore from the machine but nothing compared to normal pain. By day 3 I have little to no issues. I will continue with 1 treatment daily. The below picture is 15 minutes with the machine. It alternates with pressure between hand and wrist. Almost like a dough roller with small plastic pins. If you have tried everything and doctors keep saying wear your splints, use the cream more often etc.. Buy this you have nothing to lose! update: Broke 1 week after purchasing Update January 1 2026 the upper porting of the massage bag will not inflate. Great customer service. as soon as I dropped the defective product off the went ahead and shipped me a replacement. This delay did give me time to see what happens with a few days of not using. I was very pleased with the results after 3 days of not using. I did have some numbness but zero aches and pains.

Effective Massage, Terrible Battery Life
My left hand won't close. The fingers curl enough to type and no further. Doctors don't have a reason yet, but my rheumatologist suggested getting a massager. I settled on this one after reading various reviews, though the runner up is much less expensive. Pro: Good strong massage. I started on the lowest level, which was soothing, and each daily session notched it up. I stopped at level 3, not even halfway up in strength, as that's plenty of pressure. The heat is not as hot as I can handle (I effectively shower in lava, per my husband), but does a nice job of soothing and relaxing. After a few days of use, my hand seems less stiff and has improved range of motion as best I can tell without measuring, though it's still nowhere near touching fingertips to palm. I have only tried the full hand massage as I like getting my wrist massaged as part of the session. It's very lightweight, easy to haul back and forth from desk to charger, but has a firm grip on my desktop and will not slide during use (at least for now -- rubbery feet can lose grip over time). The controls are easy to understand after a short viewing of the online manual (the manual that comes with it just gives a URL to the current manual, along with a Quick Start Guide). The timer is easy to read at a glance, so I can prop my tablet in front of me to read a book while my hand is massaged and quickly note how much time is left in the session. Neutral: It does leave deep "dots" in my skin as seen in many review photos. They're gone within minutes, and don't itch. The charging port is down under the curve on one side, making it awkward to insert and remove the cable. I think I'm pulling on the cord more than on the plug. The manual says to keep it on a firm flat surface. The only one of those I have at resting arm height is my computer desk, but I have not got a place to plug the massager in there, so I have to carry it back and forth each night and morning. As to fit, I have small slender hands. 6.5" from base of palm to tip of middle finger. The lump to put my palm on inside the massager is a tiny bit too close to the far end, so my fingertips stick out into the slot at that end instead of being held by the fabric area or the bump fits a bit too far forward under my hand. Once the massager starts up, I can't shift my hand around to get off a spiky bump pushing into the side of my thumb, so I have to be very careful on placement before hitting start. Con: The battery life *sucks*. It takes 7 hours to charge (the manual says this and it did take at least 7 hours for the initial charge). One 15 minute session with heat drains over a third of the battery. The manual repeatedly stresses to use only the correct charger (5V 2A, not that I have any idea how to find out if my other chargers and cables match that), and never to leave it unattended while charging. I may be at home a lot but I'm not babysitting this thing for hours. The manual also says to always use common sense, which to me means just put it on a solid surface with lots of circulation and spot check it when I happen to be near the bathroom where I have a plug for charging this thing. Because of the battery life, I have to carry the massager from office to main bathroom each night, plug it in during my shower the next day, and once it's charged, carry it back to the desk. I can deal with this for my hand health but long term it's going to be tedious.

IMO don't buy, likely to cause more harm than benefits
My opinion. Do not buy! It is a compression unit, not a massager. It is poorly calibrated and the pressure is too high. Yes there are settings but they do not work. Also the heat function does not work. Save your money on this one. I usually attempt to provide positive reviews, however there is no way with this product!! Also the directions provided for use do not match the produce and customer service is useless

Works really good.
Works great! Got this for my wife and she was moaning and making all kinds of noises. Then days later she said "try it" and put it on me at a low setting, I have arthritis in my thumb joints and holy mother of God.. i see why she was making all that noise. This thing put me to sleep. Highly recommend buying one.

Very few (and minor) caveats, but pain relief and relaxation overshadows these flaws. *FINAL UPDATE*
*FINAL UPDATE* It's finally given up the ghost. 6 minutes of a 15 min cycle with no vibration, no heat, level 6 intensity, it shuts off. Teasing other reviews, I may downgrade to the LX3... but With some of the issues before (the cracking got worse), and the no pass through charging while In use has forced me to drop 2 stars... Past update: It still is going strong, but using it as hard as I can get it to squash my hand (I do love the pressure for my fingers and wrists), there are definite cracks formed from doing this as often as I do. I would have the company update the unit with the same surrounding reinforcement they have on the wrist side, and add that to the finger tip portion of the unit. Hard to describe, but it cracked around the edges of the casing at the fingertip end of the unit. The screws are still locked in, but with the amount of pressure I force this thing to go through In giving me comfort, it hasn't lost it's strength in massaging/squeezing my hands for my bi-weekly ritual due to my job and my rock star lifestyle (Ha, jus kidding!). It's only cracked, and when fully inflated, I can visibly see the the crack and the pieces splitting apart. I'm talking 1/4 inch split in a crack on one side, and less on the other side (due to the screws still tight). When deflated, it disappears. The crack isn't visible when not in use until I feel for it or point it out. The unit is STILL GOING STRONG, and haven't had the need to replace it just yet till it is fully from itself. Original review: Ordered this on a very recent Lightening sale....was gonna go half with a buddy, but the sale was too good to pass up, snatched at that very moment. Had to charge it when received. It doesn't take long to charge up to use for a quick session, So I also tested it out at full charge. Build Quality - Not too shabby. I ordered the matte black one.... MAJOR FINGERPRINT MAGNET... otherwise, I should've gone with the white one (unless it's a matte white, in which case may work out better for the oily fingerprints that appeared on my unit from the very first time of unboxing it. (Not a good sign...but not a deal breaker). The touchscreen (not like an android/iPhone) is the same. Mirror type finish on plastic. Also fingerprint prone. Just a bit annoying when there is visibly nothing to see until you start messing with it. I was able to unknowingly hit the screen while in it's travel bag and hear the audible beep. Also another fingerprint magnet...not necessary for something like this, but more of an inconvenience than a full on deal breaker. Charging the unit - Like I mentioned, doesn't take too long to charge to use the unit to use (up to the 2nd bar flashing after I received it), but be aware that it doesn't have a long battery life (More on that later on). I used the unit twice in 15 minute timer mode with heat and massage on pulse....was down to 1 bar of power at the end of that initial session (1 session for left and right hand)....I would say takes about 2 hours to fully charge from the 1 flashing bar....but I also have a quick charger if that made a difference (Anker 5 port USB charger with IQ charge), but it still took it's time to charge). Depending on the settings, you can extend those sessions out...but it will be at a cost of the battery draining faster to run the pump, heat, and massage. But the benefits are what put this above my critiques. Massage quality - This is what I bought the thing for, the quality of the massage. Will it replace a hand massage from a legit therapist? No. It's not like that, nor are there massage modes for just the fingers (which I get from time to time from legit therapists), like spreading fingers, or that specific lump of muscle in-between the thumb and 1st digit (you know when you self massage that spot yourself). This massage is more compression than percussive (a la massage guns). The programs on this is outstanding. I just kinda stayed on full hand, and tried the other separate settings later on. I also stayed at the intensity at 6 (just to test it's limits). I play guitar, work at a computer desk with heavy copy/paste on a keyboard and on remapped buttons on a mouse 8-10 hours a day. The compression works best for me at the end of a day, or after playing guitar for an extended time. I fell asleep during a second 30-minute timer with full hand (wrist and palm/fingers) with heat and continuous massage on. Woke up about 10 minutes after it auto shut off (Glad the timer works!) Also, be aware of the marks it leaves on the skin (fingers and wrists especially)...check the other reviews/pics on this, but really it's not major unless you are dehydrated, and there's other underlying issues than a bad massager leaving marks on your fingers, palms, and wrists. Here are my small gripes that happened while using it.... Battery life - After the initial 15 minute session I mentioned above, I recharged the unit to full and did two 30 minute sessions for each hand and one 15 minute session (all with heat and pulse massage on), went down to 1 bar on the unit...not too much of an problem, but having multiple users could be an inconvenience (This is where you then also buy the LX3...overkill, but appreciated if the unit is shared in a houshold :D) Ran it through it's paces...It did a lot better than I expected, and the compression was still outstanding for me (at level 6). Lasted longer without the massager and heat, but that was to be expected for me. I just kept the pressure at level 6 the entire time in all the testing to see if it could cause issues like power drain during compression/inflation. I'm sure it would also last longer on a lower pressure setting, but I never bothered to change it. It just felt so good at level 6 during all my testing, I left it there. Happily there were no issues, and exceeded expectations because of that. Finish - as mentioned, the matte black finish and the screen are definite fingerprint magnets. On a white, it may not be as visible, but I am unsure if it is the same texture as the black one. The touch screen is sensitive while in it's carry bag. I heard it beep when I was carrying it from my car to the office (I brought it to work with me...YAY for cordless!) I don't have the LX3 version, but I am sure that they could get a revised version of the LX7 set-up with the LX3 style buttons arranged for the LX7, and it would probably be golden for me. Otherwise, This unit is going to stay at home. Again, this is more inconvenience than anything So after 2-3 hours of testing, I can only fault it's battery life, touch screen, and finish. But I am SUPER happy with this thing! (Also the small hand warmer is a nice touch. It get's real hot, but simple solution for that: use gloves when using it. now wish I had 2nd hand warmer...LX3 purchase maybe? LOL). I'm already recommending it to my musician friends and anyone in the office who is willing to give it a try.

LX3 vs LX7 | Comparison & Review
First, a bit on the unit since there seems to be some confusion on whether this “massages” or not. The short answer is, no. But, I feel what it does is better, at least for me. I’ve suffered from tendonitis in both wrists/forearms for 7 years now and I’m always on the lookout for things that may help. I tend to find relief when I compress areas on my palm, wrist, and forearm via tightening a band or simply by grabbing and squeezing. If you find relief by squeezing a part of your hand then you’ll love this unit! It reminds me of those blood pressure tests for your arm, except this is for your hand and has the potential to squeeze much harder. There are hundreds of little pegs that press into your skin during the squeezing and you don’t really notice these until you take your hand out and see all the little circles imprinted into your hand, which disappear after about half an hour. So onto the unit discrepancies. Having both the white and black units, I’d personally recommend the white. Since the material is a slightly grippy matte finish, it tends to pick up oils, fingerprints, and dirt like nobody’s business. The black’s exterior dirtied up very quickly and is hard to clean, but the white stayed looking much nicer as hand oils and smudges showed up WAY less. I also think the white looks better in person. Regarding the main differences between the LX3 and LX7, there are a couple. First, the LX3 has 6 programs and the LX7 only has 3. Technically the manual and product description says 4, but the 4th program is strange in that it does nothing but apply heat. The little hand icon changes from a picture of a full hand on program 1, to just the fingers on program 2, to just the wrist on program 3, and then the full hand but it turns red on program 4. I let the timer run for 5 minutes just to see and there was no movement other than heat. Since you can decide to control heat anyway, I feel like the 4th program is a wasted opportunity and is somewhat false advertising. Of the 3 that work, I still feel like the programs are far superior on the LX3 and there are more variety and intensities. Speaking of… There are 6 levels of intensity on both units, but these are not created equal! The LX3 is SIGNIFICANTLY more intense in its pressure! So much so, that intensity 6 on the LX7 is about equivalent to intensity 2 on the LX3. I can do 15 minutes on the LX7 at level 6 and I'll have very shallow indents in my hand, or I’ll do 5 minutes at level 3 on the LX3 and have MUCH more defined impressions and in places that didn't even appear on the LX7. Putting it simply, the LX7 is weak-sauce in comparison. I made sure both units were fully charged. For me, both of those are deal breakers for the LX7: half the programs and less than half the intensity capability. Other things remain similar between the units. Same size, same fit for your hand, and almost the same “beep” noise when you hit the controls. I will admit, the LX7 sounds more like a microwave, but you don’t have to hit as many buttons as on the LX3 since it remembers your last used intensity. The LX3 always defaults to program 1 and intensity 3, so you gotta “beep” through all the numbers on both the program and intensity. The heat feels the same on both and I’m not really a fan. My hand already tends to get a bit sweaty on longer sessions so I don’t need to accelerate that process and make it worse. The vibration for me was the most useless of the features. The pulse vibration feels like a broken budget phone, extremely weak. The constant vibration adds to the unit noise and is also pretty weak, but also shortens the battery by a whopping hour if used constantly. I don’t mind that these 2 features are kinda useless and I don’t plan on ever using either. The one thing I like better on the LX7 is the timer. That can come in handy when I don’t want to go the full 15 minutes on one hand, but I’d like to keep the time the same on both left and right hands. Usually I can just watch the clock and use my phone on the LX3, but the timer is kinda nice. Although, if you switch programs when it's already counting down, the timer wont reset -- you’ll have to power off the unit and power it back on to do that. Oh, and one last thing, there definitely IS a protective film on the screen that looks scratched when I got it, but it CAN be removed! Wrapping up, save your money and get the LX3. It's a superior unit with more features, more variety, and more levels of intensity. They both tend to go on sale often and are offered at lower prices on the manufacturers website, so keep that in mind. My highest recommendation goes to the LX3, especially if you opt for white. Quite frankly, I'd still pay more for the LX3 than the LX7, and would skip the LX7 entirely if I couldn’t keep the LX3. Enjoy!

Outstanding Support and Reliable Product
Fantastic customer service! The device works great and really helps with the tension in my hand from all the typing I do. About eight months after purchase, my unit stopped working. I reached out to their support by email and got a reply within a day to help troubleshoot. Once they confirmed the issue, they immediately sent me a replacement.
