This is a very handy tool to keep in the pocket of my Doctor coat for doing foot exams every day. Very easy to use.

Got this for home health assessments. I like the different monofilament sizes and can be utilized if I expand my practice area. I can see why some people may say its flimsy (you roll a wheel to get the monofilament in and out) but it should work for what I need.
