Perfectly smooth and excellent battery life. Bought two to gift to my parents. It's already at a great price, but if you can get it on sale, it's an absolute bargain. The compact size makes it easy to hold on to and use. My parents use non US international sim cards, and the connectivity is flawless.

The phone is great so far... I replaced a Samsung 21FE. DOES NOT contain a genuine Samsung Super Fast Charger, instead it is some cheap knock-off charger just thrown in the box without any packaging that is neither Samsung, nor a Super Fast charger, and it doesn't have any Samsung branding or markings on it AT ALL including UL or CE certifications so it is potentially dangerous to use. I am an electronics hobbyist and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THE CHARGER THAT THEY SUPPLY WITH THIS PHONE unless the one you get is a SAMSUNG branded charger that has UL and CE listings marked on it.

Arrived on time for Xmas present and the color is really beautiful. Samsung cellphones quality is allways outsanding. Setup was easy with the Samsung Smart Switch.

over all a 90/100... fast, nice colors, some new features that my A22 didn't have. fast charge 100/100!. the down side is that the keyboard pops out every time! it is kind of anoying, and there is no info on how to prevent it from happening.

I bought this to replace a Galaxy A51 that seemed to be slowing down. Much faster and great quality. Only thing I don't like is there is no capability for a extra memory card like the A51 has. Battery life is very very good, much better than my old A51, the battery was I'm sure, getting long in the tooth.

Great customer support! I was having issues with my phone connection. I got the unlocked International Galaxy a56 5G. I was worried about it working with my phone carrier, Puretalk which runs off ATT. The two IMEI numbers on the phone didn't work with Puretalk, but there was a sticker on the phone that gave an IMEI number in case the phone IMEI numbers didn't work. It worked! But after a few weeks I had dropped connections from my wifi. Since it didn't seem to affect my tablet, I thought it was my phone. I contacted tech support from Puretalk, Samsung. I also tried my internet/ wifi provider but used the wrong number & gave up after wrestling with the system. I contacted seller and got a quick reply with troubleshooting suggestions. I had used them all but tried my internet supplier with the right phone number. All it needed was a reboot! All that to say that I was pleased with this seller.

I recently received this phone, and it wasn't mentioned that it's incompatible with Cricket Wireless. However, there's now a handwritten sign stating it doesn't work with Cricket Wireless, despite being advertised as factory unlocked. I'd like to discuss this discrepancy and potential options for resolution.
