Do NOT buy these earbuds at all! They work fine for just 2 days and then completely stop working unless you keep them on charge constantly. I complained to Amazon, and they told me to contact the company (boAt). When I contacted boAt, they sent a Blue Dart guy to pick up the product. I handed over the real faulty product, but later I got a message from the company saying my claim was rejected because I supposedly sent the wrong product. Absolute nonsense! I sent back the actual broken product.I called boAt customer service countless times, but got NO proper response for days. Finally, they sent me a video, but in that video, it turned out the wrong product was shown—because Blue Dart replaced my original one with some random junk! And now boAt says it’s not their responsibility, even though they were the ones who coordinated with Blue Dart. If the pickup was done through their official courier, how the hell is it not their responsibility? They just say “sorry, we can’t help you.” Pathetic service from both boAt and Blue Dart! Absolutely horrible experience. And the product itself is trash—starts giving problems after just a few days of use. Never buying from them again!
