I switched to this balm after finding out my trusted purple jar diaper cream was loaded with LEAD! I was hopeful but skeptical that this product could replace a zinc based cream. I have been extremely pleasantly surprised. My baby is rash free, product goes on easily, I love the little 2 oz jars (one for. Grandmas house, one for the diaper bag, one for the baby's room. I really enjoy the herbal smell, my baby is unbothered by it, and this product is much easier to remove from my fingers than zinc based cream. Best of all if he accidentally ingests it I know he's not going to get a mouthful of lead.
