Build & Navigation: First thing you'll notice is the superior build quality. It feels solid and well-engineered. But what really blew me away is the navigation. My apartment is about 2400 sq ft, and this machine moves through it like it knows the layout better than I do! We have a kid, so the floor’s often scattered with toys – yet, the Narwal navigates with surprising ease. Hair Handling: We are a joint family of 7 people, including 4 women along with my 89-year-old grandmother. Naturally, there's hair fall. One of my biggest pain points with previous vacuums was cleaning hair from the brushes every single day. But this? It’s like magic. The way it handles human hair is just brilliant. Truly hands-free cleaning at last! The brush truly works! This is a USP for Narwal. From low models to higher end ones you will find these brushes and it just works! App & Performance: The app is feature-rich and user-friendly. The vacuum is a bit on the heavier side, but that adds to its stability during cleaning. The base station is wide but has a low height, which is great in terms of space utilization. Cons (or things to be aware of): Height: It’s slightly taller than my old Dreame L10s Ultra. As a result, it now misses cleaning under one of the beds. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. Electricity Consumption: Not exactly a con, but the dryer runs often to keep mop pads moisture-free. Since I clean in three sessions (3am, 10am, 4pm) due to house size and my experience with robotic vacuums, the dryer is working almost the whole day. I’ll track power consumption with a smart plug and update soon. The Real Challenge – Accessories & Cost: This is where it hurts. Accessories are crazy expensive in India: Floor cleaning liquid (650ml) – ₹1999 Dustbin bags – ₹800 per bag Mop pads – ₹999/pair Auto water exchange kit – ₹15–17k (ideally a pump with some plastic containers?) Honestly, this is not sustainable for the average Indian buyer. My humble suggestion to Narwal: manufacture accessories locally and bring down the price. Current pricing feels like a straight USD-to-INR conversion (x85/90), which doesn’t make sense for a growing market like ours. Customer Support – Yet to Test: With Dreame, customer support was a nightmare (pun intended). I had to tweet their CEO just to get a reply. I hope Narwal does better. If I ever face issues, I’ll update here on how their support fares. Bonus Features: Yes, it even has a microphone – so you can video call your vacuum, lol. Surprisingly, the camera quality is quite good. --- Final Verdict: If you’re tired of unreliable Chinese robot vacuums, Narwal Freo Z Ultra is a solid, dependable choice. It’s ideal for Indian homes – whether you have kids, elders, pets, or long hair all over the place. Just keep an eye on accessory costs. Overall, a very satisfying and premium experience. We purchased the Narwal robot vacuum/mop and used it for about 8 months without major issues. After this period, the robot started showing repeated errors on the app, specifically stating that the water tank was empty even when it was completely filled. The robot stopped detecting the water tank altogether. We contacted Narwal customer support via email and were told the unit would be repaired or replaced. As instructed, we sent the robot to their service center in Ghaziabad. What we received in return was extremely disappointing. Instead of a proper replacement, they sent us an older unit of the same model, clearly used and in very poor condition. The replacement robot was dirty, had visible cracks, and looked nothing like a refurbished or quality-checked product. Worse, the replacement does not function properly at all: • Leaves water and dirt residue all over the floor • Does not clean corners properly • Overall cleaning performance is far worse than the original unit We have contacted their support team multiple times via calls and emails and have shared all proof, but there has been no proper resolution. Despite acknowledging the issue earlier, they have neither replaced the unit with a new or equivalent product nor fixed the problem. For a premium-priced robot, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable. The product itself may work initially, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared for a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider the quality of customer service before purchasing.

I’ve been using the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra for some days, and I’m very happy with this purchase. It really helps me to keep my apartment clean every day. First of all, the cleaning performance is excellent. The suction is very strong and easily picks up dust, crumbs, and hair. The self-cleaning base station is a big plus. The mop washing and drying work well, and it really reduces how often you need to interact with the robot. Once it’s set up, it feels almost fully hands-off. But, of course, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t clean and wash the water container. After every 3-4 cleaning you need to change water. The robot requires a little more time to understand its setup system, especially when creating the virtual map of your home and setting cleaning zones. It’s not difficult, just not something you want to rush. Take your time during the first mapping run. And make sure to remove all the protective films from every camera and sensor. Some of them are very hard to notice, especially on the cameras. Double-check that they’re all removed. I saw this tip in another review and did it. I like its navigation. It avoids furniture well, doesn’t randomly bump into walls, and handles obstacles. It works exactly the way you program it. You can choose vacuum only, mop only, or run vacuuming and mopping one after another, all controlled through the app. The virtual map is very flexible. You can block off no-go zones, close specific areas, and decide where the robot should or shouldn’t go. It follows those rules consistently. For example, if you add curtains or sensitive areas to the virtual map, the robot actively avoids them instead of pushing through. Also, everything for cleaning is in the package, like bags, mops, filters, and special liquid for washing floors. Of course, this isn’t a replacement for deep cleaning, but it’s an excellent helper for everyday maintenance. It keeps floors consistently clean between deeper cleanings and significantly reduces how often you need to do manual vacuuming and mopping.

ロボット掃除機はこれまでに7〜8台は利用しました。破綻した有名メーカーのものも使いましたし、中国のトップメーカーのロボット掃除機も 使いました。今回この製品を使ってみて その中で明らかに ナンバーワンの実力だと思います。商品が自宅に届いてまずその重量と巨大さに度肝を抜かれました。まるで小型石油ファンヒーターぐらいもあろうかと思える 商品サイズでした。写真の左は本商品、右側は破綻した有名メーカーの商品です。 ✩まず改良もしくは修正した方がいいのではないかと思うところ ・取扱説明書ですが何十ページもありますが その中で 日本語の部分はほんの数ページ しかありません。こういう商品を使い慣れてる人にはどうってことないかもしれませんけど 初めて使うような人にはかなり不親切だと思います。 ・説明書の他に クイックスタートガイドがついています。私はこのクイックスタートガイドの通りにやろうとしてましたけどどうしてもできませんでした。なぜなら 説明書には書いてあるのにクイックガイドには書いてないことがあるのです。 ・アプリのインストールについてですが QR コードがついています。通常は QR コードを読み込めば ダウンロードサイトに誘導されるはずですが この QR コードを読んでもそのような状態にはならないです。結局 Google の Play ストアからアプリをダウンロードしてインストールしました。 ✩優れている点 ・マップをあらかじめ作成した上でマップで効率よく掃除をするタイプです。本商品は 初回起動時にマップだけを作成する 動作というのがあるので高速にマッピングすることが可能です。 ・走行音が非常に静かです、また通常の掃除中の音も非常に静かで音楽を聴きながらでもロボット掃除機の走行をさせることができるぐらいだと思います。 ・水拭きができるロボット掃除機を何台も持ってますけど それに比べて 本商品の水拭きは本当に徹底的にきれいにしてくれます。他の商品の水拭き 機能はただ 床を濡らしてるだけみたいな風に見えてしまうぐらいです。本商品だと本当に床がピカピカになります。 ・水拭き機能ですけど、汚れが落ちてないと 掃除機が判断した場合には一旦 モップを洗いに ステーションまで戻り 再度同じところを掃除しに行く という機能が実装されているようです。これは本当に驚きました。今まで 別の 掃除機で水拭きしていたところを2度拭きしたのにはびっくりしました。 ・この掃除機は安全よりに作っているのか あまり ガンガン ぶつかっていくような動き方をしません。だからと言って手前だけを掃除しているわけではなく 巾木を磨くぐらいのギリギリまでちゃんと攻めて行っています。 ✩その他 ・マッピングをする時に ドア一つ閉めたままにしておいたんですけど、作成後掃除の時にはそこを開けていたらどうなるかと思いましたが新たにマップを拡張することもなくそちらの部屋の方には行きませんでした。これは仕様なのかよく分かりません。他社製品では そういった場合にマップを拡張して掃除をしていくものが多いような気がします。 ・ステーションが巨大なんですけど、予備部品の収納スペースが一切ありません せっかく こんなに大きな 巨体なんだからそういったものを少しでも収納できるようにできなかったのでしょうか。

C’est idéal pour une utilisation pendant qu’on travaille ou se repose. J’ai un carrelage gris foncé – le genre de sol où chaque trace se voit – et le résultat est vraiment net et uniforme. Avec deux chats à la maison, il a de quoi faire, mais il s’en sort très bien ! La cartographie est fluide et intelligente, il comprend vite l’espace et optimise ses déplacements. Il y a un léger oubli sur les zones très proches des murs, mais c’est minime comparé au confort qu’il apporte. En résumé : efficace, autonome, silencieux, et parfait pour un quotidien simplifié. Je recommande sans hésiter
