HELPS SO MUCH!! I do XC and I felt like I was gonna pass out after my 2 mile bc my blood sugar drops! These help for me I take 2 but it depends! Play with them in your hands to melt it so the texture it better! I started to play with them and melt them and it helps so much! Before I used to gag on the texture but after melting it I don’t! The smell is not that bad. If you play with it the texture gets much better! The size is as advertised. I don’t really tell a difference from the hydration. but I also hydrate with out them.
