I use this when on the weekends mainly when I am out enjoying physical and strenuous hobbies. It tastes good, and gives me support when I am on vacation or weekend outings.

I don't quite like it as much as Tributyrin, but it still works very well. I'm using this for a digestive disorder and it definitely helps. The flavor is so good I add a teaspoon to my morning tea/coffee. I would purchase again, but like I said, I think Tributyrin is a bit more effective.

This was recommended by my Dr. and is a great product. Really helped my stomach. Expensive but well worth the cost.
