Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder, 1 Lb.

Not too strong cheese powder in a handy dispenser... but it comes from the USA so I had to wait longer than expected, this was not made clear in the advertisement at the time. Makes lovely mac and cheese! I mix it with stilton cheese powder (bought on Amazon) which is a bit stronger.

Horrible...tastes artificial, looks artificial.

I was counting the days for this product to arrive. I planned to put this on everything. I love the taste it’s very moreish . However on Chips/Fries it clumps up and does not spread evenly. I still need to experiment on how to stop this from happening it is so annoying but if I would choose between clumps and taste I would choose taste.

This tastes exactly like Wotsits and is pretty much the same colour. Goes great on anything that you would normally have melted cheese, but without as many calories. For dieters, this could mean that you could eat broccoli with "cheese" on it - win! It will last for ages as I use less than half a tablespoon each time.

I ordered two and one is almost already gone because I made so much cheese popcorn at Christmas and gave it away as gifts. Everyone loved it here in Belgium.

Love this cheddar cheese powder. I used it for my kids mac n cheese. very tasty!

This stuff is absolutly delicious! I heard about a trend where you use an envelope of the cheese powder from a "mac and cheese" box to toss veggies or hard boiled eggs with so i bought this instead and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Way better quality and am loving the nutritional facts too! Can't wait to try all the Hoosier Hill products!!

This stuff is basically the same stuff as the Kraft Mac and Cheese powder. I use it in a couple of my meal preps as its healthier then regular cheese. Specifically in a Buffalo Mac recipe. Its also great for making cheese sauces and dips as it adds the cheese flavor without making it super stringy. It can clump if not kept perfectly dry but that isnt an issue for me as I burn through it pretty quick.

Good product but don't expect it to be what comes in the Kraft box; it's just not that strong. It's good on popcorn.
