Brilliant works for hard wax removal
I'm very impressed with this machine, my son had an impacted ear with hard wax and we have had him on ear drops for months because going through the gp to get an ent referral we was looking at 18 months. So another failed push through with ent resulted in us trying to go private and no one would do it because he is 10. Anyway we tried the soft setting on this and the wax it got out the we unbelievable, he can now hear and the Dr has said his ear is now clear ! This is brilliant, worked wonders was so easy to use and do easy to clean. Totally painless and the fit of th ear cup was perfect for all of us within the household.

I can only vouch here for how this worked for me. I had a deep ear wax build up as I am a bit prone and had not cleared for a while. I found several uses of this has totally washed out in a painless and efficient manner. I could not believe how much came out!. Two things to note Be careful not to make water too hot. Mine was so better to build up the heat and get whats right for you. Heat does help alot. The other for me was i used it twice in succession and found it actually made me a little unsteady (Balance) which passed after a few minutes

It won’t clear wax from the ear
It wasn’t working, they contacted me and offered a full refund for the product. Costumer service is really good.
