I have chocolate in both SIS and PhD, and in my opinion, SIS chocolate beats PhD hands down, tasting like a Yazoo milkshake—smooth, indulgent, and mixes flawlessly with no lumps. Plus, SIS is proper whey, no blend, which makes a big difference. The strawberry is decent too, but vanilla ranks last for me since it didn’t mix as well.
