CREWORKS Black Titanium Stainless Steel Ultrasonic Cleaner 6L

I have gone through a few small, budget priced ultrasonic cleaners in my shop. They usually work OK. Temperature control is always iffy, there is often no facility to degas cleaning solutions and cleaning action isn't great. Eventually the heating elements go or the transducers go. The CREWORKS 6L Digital Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine is impressive for a number of reasons. The unit has three transducers which is on the upper end of transducer count for a 6 liter unit. The machine has a degassing function that can be used throughout the cleaning process, cycling between degas and clean, or for time of operator choice. The Creworks has excellent temperature control. There is a solution temperature rise above ambient with heat turned off, but this is normal for ultrasonic cleaning and caused by process cavitation. As an example, solution temperature rose from 61°F to 68°F during a full power, 30 minute cleaning cycle. The 6 liter size is handy. Usually they are too small to fit all of the machine pieces I work with, or too large and waste solution. This one is right for me, particularly with this tank's capacity and aspect ratio. The unit is well made. nicely finished and it definitely improves the appearance of my work bench. Of greatest importance, it cleans parts really well, and it does so quickly; light oxidation, waxy grease, general crud. The ultrasonic process gets into every surface. I'm very happy with the Creworks machine.

This CREWORKS 6L ultrasonic cleaner works very well and has more than enough power for the size. The 180W ultrasonic output does a great job removing grease, carbon buildup, and fine debris from small parts. I’ve used it for carburetor parts, tools, and metal components with excellent results. The digital controls are easy to use, and the degas mode is especially helpful for getting better cleaning performance right from the start. The gentle mode is a nice touch for more delicate items. The stainless steel tank feels solid and is easy to clean after use. Overall, this is a great value for a 6L unit and performs just as well as more expensive ultrasonic cleaners. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The CREWORKS 6L Digital Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine is a game changer. It cleans tools, parts, jewelry, and especially motorcycle carburetors much more thoroughly and quickly than manual scrubbing. The digital controls and timer are simple to use, and the tank size is perfect for larger items like carb bodies or throttle bodies. Great value for the performance — highly recommend!

Didn't give it a 1 star because it's probably not the WORST ultrasonic but, we purchased in March of this year and it's December and it doesn't vibrate anymore. Definitely would want it to last longer!
