What to know is, You need to buy one for yourself, too, if you are purchasing for someone else! The fabric is a very soft, corduroy-looking design that is great for a man, which is who I purchased it for. It heats up very nicely and evenly in the microwave with the directions supplied. It seems to hold temp for about 30 minutes. The lavender fragrance is subtle, so your person isn't overwhelmed as they might be with other products I looked at at the store. It conforms well to the neck which is where the application took place. It is not overly heavy, either. I used it on a senior man and he did not experience muscle fatigue from the weight. In fact, he fell asleep from the comfort!

Heats up fast

Very disappointed ! They didn't have very much filling in them ! Useless it is like laying on nothing ! $20.00 really! What a rip off ! Thanks for your product . people can't afford things and this is what you get.

It's very soft and smells good, stays warm for at least 20 minutes, but I find it a bit heavy and wide for my neck.

This is a great little heat pack! I purchased the lavender one, corded. It’s super soft, and smells amazing. I’m glad I purchased it. The product came well packaged with written instructions on the tag, and gave appropriate microwave times for the amount of wattage the microwave had. I know some reviews said it smells awful, but I don’t understand how it ever could? You pull it out of the package, smells like lavender, then microwave smells like lavender. To me, the scent doesn’t change much after microwaving. I have a very very old small microwave with very low power, I put in for a minute and it wasn’t even faintly warm. I moved the contents around in the bag and heated it at 1min intervals until it was warm. It’s been under the sheets, on my feet for almost an hour and it’s still hot. I’m so satisfied with my purchase. Perfect for this winter in Northern Canada, in -50 I’ll have no more cold feet in bed. I also think it would make a wonderful cost effective gift. I’d purchase again if anything happened to this one, seems well made for the price thus far.

We bought this for my son who complained he doesn't like getting into a cold bed. He absolutely loves it. The wheat smell subsided after the first few weeks, but thankfully the gently lavender smell has persisted. We have a strong microwave so we heat it up for 45 seconds, then shake the bag, before heating for another 20 seconds. THis was we avoid having any "hot spots" during the heating process. He's fast asleep before the bag cools down.

It smells great

I love it. The lavender sent is subtle , not overbearing. Quick to heat up. Stays warm for quite a while, well enough to satisfy me at least. Very soft to the touch. The best hotpack that I've ever used for a reasonable price.

The smell is disgusting and it is nothing like lavender
