They serve their purpose. I feel the xl ones don’t suction as well as I thought they would, but I feel they get the job done for basic myofascial release.

Bought these mainly because they were cute. Love the pink. They do work well but they’re pretty stiff and don’t suction as well as I expected. I feel like they might suction better once they are used more and are a little more flexible/pliable. But I have used other brands around the same price that have worked better.
