These overnight sanitary underwear are super comfy and give great coverage. They don’t leak from the sides, and the waistband design wraps around the waist snugly, providing a real sense of security throughout the night. Especially during menstrual bloating, the elastic waistband still feels very comfortable, making it a reliable and soothing choice for those sensitive days.

I bought these before a bisalp procedure because I had heard you could bleed after and you’re not allowed to use anything internally like tampons or a cup. I have been a religious cup user for about 6 years now but I had a feeling that pulling on my cup to remove it was contributing a lot to my cramping during my cycle. Not only did these work great for post-surgery and are easy to remove without having to bend over due to the tearing feature, but they’re working great for my period now too. Even on my heaviest day, these undies absorbed everything and I had no leaks. For context, on my heaviest day, I will fill up a normal size cup in about 4-6 hours (or a super plus tampon in about 3-4 hours). I haven’t used pads since middle school and I always hated that feeling of sitting in your own blood. I don’t get that feeling with these at all. It is taking some time for me to stop clenching every time I feel myself bleeding, after a lifetime of that meaning my cup/tampon is leaking haha, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised that these undies are comfy, absorbent, and I feel confident that I won’t have a big old spot of blood on my butt walking around. I also am happy to say that my cramping has decreased dramatically now that I’m not pulling anything out while I’m sensitive. I’ve been totally converted to period undies and will be looking for a reusable solution now. But these were a great stepping stone and I would absolutely recommend them!!

This are great for post partum bleeding and for when you get your first period back (it’s a lot more than usual). They are cotton, light and feel nice. They are superior to the mesh undies/pad combo they give at the hospital as well as the drugstore adult diapers/disposable undies that feel like plastic. I still buy them for my period every month because they work so well and are so comfy and don’t smell.

I buy this for my partner who has very heavy periods and needed more coverage than the largest pads you could find at the store. We've been buying them for several years now and have had no issues with them. They are comfortable for sleeping and for wearing to go out for a walk, etc. Never used for exercising so can't speak to that use case. She has also never experienced rashes or adverse skin problems from using them, but notes they can get fairly warm during the summer months (not too uncomfortable though). No leak issues, just some minor close calls in the past. The reason for the 4 stars is the price. It is very expensive for the amount of underwear you get (wait for sales if you can). We've been looking at cheaper alternatives, but haven't found anything that ticks all the boxes yet. As money gets tighter, this will probably be one of the products we stop buying in favor of cheaper alternatives.
