GU Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Gel Blueberry Pomegranate (Blueberry), Box of 24 x 32g

At first I wasn't very impressed by how thick and gooey they are, plus the taste isn't great, but they are superb for mountain running when you're really putting your body through it, these make me feel really energised and I haven't experienced any adverse effects whatsoever, no stomach aches or extra toilet breaks required, best gels I've tried to date and I've used a lot, seriously impressed, best results when I take first one 30mins before I start.

This is a brilliant gel, have tried many but this is like rocket fuel. Now my most used gel for racing anything from 10m to ultra marathons. It’s quite concentrated so you’ll need a good mouthful of water to wash I’d down. This is one of the few gels where I really notice it kick in- awesome, taste is quite nice too, especially compared to most other gels in the market

Long Distance running.

Delay in delivery I have received the GU box in damaged condition and all gel scatters inside the plastic bag !!!

I used these with salt sticks to keep me going through a marathon switch energy and no cramping. Yes, they’re sweet but they’re small. Just time to take them before a hydration station. I also tried the SIS go, but those didn’t have sodium and are way too big. These gels also have caffeine which helps!

GU energy roctane is quite easy to take in running, taste is good, sweety but okay. Not easy to confirm 100% but feel this is a good fuel for long distance
