Can this screen be mounted inside the cubicle? Our hallways are too narrow for anything that protrudes out.

Does hardware come with this

Hardware does come with the doors. There are brackets to fit variety of heights and width's of panels. They are very easy to put together with only a Phillips screwdriver needed.

Will this panel attach to a panel that is 24" wide? Does it require a wider panel to support it?

Yes, the screen will attach to a narrow panel. No, it does not require a wider panel to support it. The guide is stationary on the panel the screen attaches to, so it doesn't matter how wide the panel is.
