Really good product

I initially tried a regular blueberry powder, but after switching to this organic version, I’m thrilled with the difference! I used this organic blueberry powder to make blueberry lemon macarons and flavored the shells. The result was fantastic with a delightful blueberry flavor that wasn't overpowering. Surprisingly, I used less of the organic powder than I did with the regular one, yet the flavor was more pronounced and vibrant. I made strawberry macarons using the strawberry powder, and those (the red macarons in the photo) were highly praised. The price is absolutely worth it for the quality and potency you get. If you're serious about baking or simply want the best flavor, I highly recommend this organic blueberry powder. It’s a game-changer for sure! Looking forward to trying more flavors!!

Outstanding in every way!

This seemed a bit pricey when I first purchased it, but I was wrong. The taste and quality can’t be beat.

Used this for a recipe that called for freeze dried powdered blueberries. The recipe called for 2 ounces of the powder and let me tell you, that only an ounce to ½ an ounce was needed!!! The White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna was a lot darker then it should have been, but still tasted great!!! So if your using this for a certain recipe, don't use to much, it'll go a long way!!!
