UPDATE: a different person reached out after I left my review. He made it right. This is a not simple plug and work setup. I contacted customer service, and they kept telling me it was able to support my multiple monitor set-up. They tried to tell me it was may computer, but my computer supports 2 external desk top monitors. I sent pictures of the issues, and they sent same directions of setting up. It is an issue when I have use this for a portable and have a set up issue each time I try to use it. I tried to use it one more trip, and had the same issue. It is frustrating. I should have returned it right away, now its too late. I tried to give them the benefit, but they failed me.

There's so may places you can use an extra screen, but the way they have two of these set up is really interesting and different. My first pic shows a block diagram of how I used them. The computer shows them as a single extension screen, as I have the two esxtensions "linked" . The next pic show the full 24 track master for a famous song. The extension screens display all 24 mixer tracks, while the main monitor displays the waveform tracks. This set up allows the user to easily mix a full 24 track song without opening or closing mixer windows. The screens themselves are bright and crisp. Using them in linked mode provides may options. You could set up 3 independent program windows, even if your computer only supports two total monitors! I must give credit for a really ingenious idea. It took a while to set all this up, but I can finally monitor a lot of tracks without needing a 49" monitor!

This has it all! It has different display modes according to what you need, it has speakers (they are just ho hum though but if you're sitting right there they'll work in a pinch), it has a headphone jack that I used to connect to my favorite small but great speaker and that rocked. It runs off of C cable or the hdmi cable- no problem. You can use one, you can use both screens and it folds as well into a tent mode so a screen is facing you and one is facing out to show others. It is metal on the outside and doesn't feel flimsy at all, you think it is a good laptop until you open it and it is both screens. The prop arm is secure and I had it sitting upright for awhile while testing it- no problem. I had it sitting like a laptop with one screen flat and the other up like a laptop...no problem. I tried it with my laptop- no problem, I tried it with my cell phone- no problem. I tried it with my kindle max- problem....my kindle port doesn't support it- too bad. It just works and it works WELL! And the cherry on top is that it has a drop dead beautiful picture. It makes me a bit sad as I don't have the need to use extra screens as much as this deserves as nice as it is. This has become instantly the favorite thing of the month that I've gotten. It's just so good. This takes care of all of your video and basic audio needs, all you need is an operating system of some sort to run it. I'm a happy happy camper as I always am when I find stuff worth having.

This is a versatile portable screen. I like the fact that you can use it on a laptop on the go or at the desk with the desktop computer. It comes with all the cables that you need for connectivity. The display is excellent. It is easy to set up.

I like its metal shell,at the same price, I can only buy the ones with plastic shells. great value.
