Healthy cortisol can reduce body pain! !!!
My boys natural stress it being over tired mentally is to give me shoulder and arm pain. The pain does go away with icing or rest. But from past 4-5 times I took 2 pills after thr day which needed a heavy mental or physical work. In few hours my pain came to atleast 60 percent without any other medicine, pain killer or icing. Now I know I will keep taking it maybe before I expose myself to such situations. And it makes me feel happy as well. Highly recommend.

Good Product so far
I purchased these supplements about a month ago. I take one, as prescribed at bedtime. They seem to help me relax, and I have noticed I am sleeping better. Before purchasing, I checked with my doctor before starting them. There is no smell when you open the bottle, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I've not noticed any issues with my digestion, and I haven't had any side effects.

Puffiness reduced
I have been taking this for a couple of months now and can see some reduction in puffiness most of the time, not always . One bottle last 3 months so it’s great value.

This was recommended to me to take for flattening my stomach. I'm not an expert on supplements or cortisol but all I can say was that for me this did nothing for me. I'm disappointed. It helped my sister's stomach, but I wouldn't buy it again because I did not notice any any difference.

Improves bloating
I absolutely loved this product. I take mine in the mornings. It helps you too sleep relax and thought process is better. I am on my second bottle. It also helps with puffiness of the face and stomach area.

May cause nausea in some?
The jury is still out, as I just took my first dose with a meal and within about 5-7 minutes felt incredibly nauseous, I might even throw up. Looks like I might have a sensitivity to the ashwagandha and may need to rerun this product. Update: didn’t throw up but felt pretty bad for about 2 hours. Fortunately the company refunded my money right away so their customer service is great! Wish it would have worked out for me.
