Wow. If you like pain relief, this is it. It’s painful when you use it, but I like pain. So it’s up to you, if you’re a masochist and like pain, this is for you. Very cheap quality, very disappointed in this item

Empezamos mal desde que vino dañado. Y es de fabrica xq vino bien empacado. Lo acabo de usar sentado en un silla y si se sintió mejoría en los pies.

It can be left out like any little floor mat. No need to waste time rolling and unrolling it. Also leaving it out makes it easy to use on the spur of the moment. Have something nearby to hang onto to reduce your weight on it at first and ensure stability. Foot prints should fit about size 7-8.5 men, size 8-9.5 women perfectly. It comes with 3 extra stones and posts in case you lose some but if it's just lying on the floor that's unlikely to happen. I'd place it on something soft like a rug, carpet or a yoga mat so it'll give a little under your feet. If you did want to travel around with it, it's very light weight and compact when rolled up.
