Me lo compré por su aporte de hierro, proteína y vitamina A. Lo uso en batidos y para el desayuno con yogurt y granola. El sabor no me desagrada, pero sabe a pasto, no a todos les gusta. Noto mejoría en mi energía desde que tomo esto regularmente. No puedo decir si me ha aumentado el hierro o la masa muscular tomando esto pero noto que para el estado de ánimo me sienta bien.
