Great steamer for face. Well made and delivers great steam for perfect amount of time-about 10min or so. I would not want any longer. Very very relaxing. The stress of the day just melts away. Need to use distilled water which is easily available from any grocery store

The heat up time is quick. It helps clean your skin, open the poor and unclog them. Helps the skin glow and good steam level. Worth the purchase and easy to use.

Overall, I like the product a lot. I feel like the face masks are very effective. I love my Jade face roller. The headband is really cute and comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is that the face scraper or whatever it is (picture provided in the review) died the same day and it hasn’t worked since.

Everyone needs one of these! Face feels amazing after use! Moisturizer seems to work much better after use. Face is less oily! Not to mention my sinus appreshaite it as well. What a wonderful way to pamper your self! Will buy for gifts in the future.

Initially the steamer I got was defective. The unit overheated making it too hot to touch/ turn off. I contacted the seller who responded right away and immediately sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked. The replacement arrived three days later and works like MAGIC. Super simple to use. Comes with instructions as well as what NOT to do with the steamer. The steam lasts more than 10 minutes. Unit lets out a lot of steam! The accessories that come with the unit are great as well for the price. The unit is very easy to clean. Your skin will be glowing and fabulous after you use this product. I definitely recommend buying this product.

I'm pretty happy with this facial steamer. It's super easy to use, you just unscrew the cap on the cartridge fill it up, put the cap back on, drop it into the back of the steame,r and push the button. Within about 10 seconds you can hear the water heating up and within another 30 seconds, the steam is going full blast. I haven't timed the steam to see how long one full cartridge will last, but I'd estimate it to be about 30 minutes. My only minor complaint is that the cartridge on mine does leak a little when you turn it over but not terribly, so I just hold it over the well carefully before turning it over so the water falls into the well, or do it on a surface that won't be damaged by water. It does have a smell that I can only describe as a water steamer smell, like when you use the steam function in an iron. I don't find it off-putting but I think it's worth mentioning. I originally bought this to use while sick, the steam helps clear your sinuses and get rid of nasal congestion (temporarily) without medication. It can also alleviate chest congestion and help you cough out mucus. Works much better than some of the steamers meant for those purposes. This was the least expensive one that still had good reviews so I'm giving it five stars based on value and ease of use despite the minor issues of the leaking cartridge.

Worked well for about 6 weeks of ~5 mins use per day... then it spat boiling water on my sons face! We have to use a facial steamer for him to breathe in steam so he can gently blow his nose to dislodge posterior nose bleed clots that restrict his breathing. When he showers he can naturally do this, but he has to dislodge them twice a day in order to breathe well and being that he is an 12 year old boy... even getting him to do one a day can be a battle- much less 2. So, using a facial steamer was the easiest solution. Not so anymore as he's afraid of it and I don't blame him. I wish I'd taken pictures of the bright red spot it left on him. And no, his face wasn't too close to where it puts out steam. If he were to be too close #1 it'd be way too hot and #2 he wouldn't be able to breathe at all and the whole point is for him to sit close enough to breathe in SOME steam, not purely steam, to soften and loosen the clot. I'm so dissapointed that this product fell short.

Love it. I use it almost everyday. The water container is a decent size which means the steam lasts for quite a while before the water runs out. I definitely recommend this steamer.
