just got this today . the keyboard is great, very responsive, very satisfying to type on. very nice to game on. the packaging is great. it comes with a bunch of stickers and a poster of the mascot behind the manual. comes with different switches too that you can sample on your keyboard. and keycaps depending on what os you're typing on. its pretty cool stuff. its a very stable keyboard. very quality keyboard. very luxury. i love it. easy to set up. don't know anything about the keyboard software though. might be bad might be good. look for other reviews. lowkey just typing out this review because i love this keyboard so much.

I really like the mechanical aspects of this keyboard. Owning the previous version of their Halo 75 keyboard, the keyboard itself is a nice improvement. However, the real reason I purchased this new version was because of theQMK/VIA capabilities of this board. The older version keyboard only offered their own software for customizing the keyboard, which does not work properly on Mac. From a hardware perspective I would rate the keyboard at 5 stars. So hardware is nice, but their firmware is buggy. When used in wireless RF mode (not tried BT), fast repeated keystrokes do not register (for example, typing the word "letter" fast results in the word "leter" instead). Keyboard works perfectly fine when used in wired mode. Also, this is observed on a Mac, don't know about Windows. === UPDATE === Nuphy replied back to me with instructions for flashing the firmware to 1.0.1. This has fixed the problem, although it did take some effort, not because of Nuphy, but because of QMK. QMK toolbox does not support flashing from a Mac running Apple silicon, only the older Intel. Fortunately I had one of those lying around and everything worked just fine. Nuphy provides detailed instructions on that process and it must be followed exactly. Changing my rating to 5 - very happy with this keyboard. === UPDATE 2 === After using this keyboard for a few months now, I still like the typing feel. However, I can only really use it in wired mode. In wireless 2.4GHz mode there are just too many keystroke "misses", which basically makes it useless. I can now only use it in wired mode, which defeats the entire reason I purchased this keyboard, a 2.4GHz, QMK/VIA keyboard. And I have now used the keyboard on both Windows and Mac, and both exhibit the same issue. The firmware update from Nuphy decreased the issue, but did not eliminate it.

Quality on this product is just ok. The usb connection port is finicky, any pressure side to side and the keyboard disconnects. A few months in and I have one switch double clicking. For some reason my rgb settings will reset, happened twice since ownership. Keycap profile is my favorite and the design of the keyboard is great. I just would not pay full price for this keyboard. The quality is not there
