Great tasting bean paste with mild spice. Works well with many different dishes but I mainly use it for ramen or meat marinade. Taste amazing and is worth a try if you haven’t yet.

Love this sauce as an addition to basically any dish. It's not super spicy, which I like for a sauce like this. It's what I expected given it's a garlic sauce. I love that I can add this to anything and it just dresses up the dish and makes it feel like more of a meal. It'll upgrade eggs, roasted chicken, beans, whatever I'm throwing together. I love having this in my fridge to create something quickly and easily!

This stuff is awesome! We incorporate it so much into our cooking, anytime we'd like some umami/spice, which means using in mapo tofu, stir fries, and braises. I've mixed it into ramen that I felt needed some extra seasoning. This brand is not the most "authentic", but we can find it easily in our local grocery stores and online so this is generally our go-to brand.
