This is really bad. The "ice crystals" that keep it cool are few and far between and super unevenly distributed. There seems to be a big clump in one corner of the bandana, but you can't move them. They're just in small clumps everywhere and unevenly distributed. I tried wetting it and it didn't cool; it just felt wet. I tried putting it in the fridge and it stayed cool for all of 30 seconds. I then put it in the freezer overnight and it stayed cool for a couple of minutes. I see that they're trying to do, but really the whole things needs to be full of the crystals, not just sporadically dotted about.
