Shark Steam & Scrub S8001 Hard Floor Scrubber and Sanitizer

Shark Steam & Scub is a good bit of equipment. Only criticism is that it had an American plug on it and should have come with a USA to UK adapter.

Waiting over a week for this item, comes with a US 2 pin plug. Mop goes into fault mode after 5 seconds and does not rotate. Really frustrating trying to return the item with it coming from the US.

Wished I read the reviews first. when my shark steam and scrub arrived I realized it didn't have a UK plug, I found a converter plug and it arrived yesterday. Today I though I would give my floors a quick going over and try my now toy. I was absolutely gutted as the pads didn't rotate, the steam came didn't last long before cutting out. I wouldn't recommend for UK users. I did manage to get full refund through customer services, after reading the reviews I don't think I will buy another

Disappointed set up the steamer an did question why it was a box inside a box and then I saw an import label to then realise it has a foreign plug that’s not compatible with any converter plug I had so cannot even use it yet to see what it’s like

Unable to get mop to stay on, keeps going back to standby mode. Anyone got any ideas? Also to return it how do you remove the handle as it’s locked in place so unable to package in the original box.

Steamer come with U S A plug not UK plug

Just got this last night and my husband easily put it together. I had for a few days a Roborock vacuum/mopping machine. I sent it back. I really wanted it to work. I had read so many 5 star reviews that I was convinced that it would be just what I wanted. It certainly wasn’t. But this Shark steamer is just perfect. I am so glad that I purchased this. It works really well. I have tile floor with really wide grout (my mistake!) and it’s white (another mistake) - anyway the Shark or probably no machine will get hard spots in the grout so I will manually do that. But it really does a great job on the tile itself. And super easy to manuever. It pushes itself.

This is my second one of these and won’t be buying a third!! Great when it’s not broken however The spinning function stopped working 1 day after 3 months of having it, so can’t return it! Very annoying and such a waste of money.
