It doesn't work at all. Went through a whole bottle, nothing. This isn't against Amazon. I watched everything with Dr. Jen Ashton and she didn't tell the truth. It just away to get money out of you. I'm just as guilty. I can't even give it a star. I don't think you can give it a negative 5. Had to give a star so I could post this

Dietary supplement, not a drug. Seems to help some with weight loss

I am on bottle 2 and I have seen NO results. I eat right and work out and have lost -0- weight. After doing my research this is NOT the same product Opra and the others use. This is why it is much cheaper. Not even the same ingredients. Do Not waste your money.

It’s not as effective as they say in terms of rapid weight loss and the instructions should tell you to take it first thing in the morning with the 8 ounces of water. No instruction is given. However you can lose weight because it does reduce the appetite. I did lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks which was a good start. You can’t eat what you want however and you need to exercise or walk to insure the loss. Unfortunately Mrs. Obama, Oprah, and the founder of this brand hyped it too much. Very misleading.

I noticed some diference after taking the product approxmately 3 weeks

I started using this product April 2025. It's amazing! I am down 2 sizes in pants and shirts. When my husband noticed, I told him about the Burn Jaro. He started taking it. A follow up Dr. Apt the other day amazed his nurse. He was down 15 pounds in one month, blood pressure is great! She wrote the information down for herself. I didn't weigh when I started, as its always been my downfall if the scale discourages me. Yesterday, I cleaned my closets and brought out the many nice clothes I had. I am very close to getting into my jeans that would mark 3 sizes down. I feel so much better and have energy I forgot I had. I rarely write reviews, but this is worthy! We just ordered again.

It does not work as promised. No weightloss noted. A waste of money.
