Product leaking after 16..20 days...by that time return policy also inactive

Good quality product, though expensive, it is truly amazing as it makes the water taste wonderful. The tap is solid too, doesn't leak. Have been using it for more than a month now. Note- one may have to buy a tray or stand for it so as to collect water. Bonus points for the company as they packed the product very well.
