Is this plant full grown?

This looks like a mature moon cactus. I’ve had several and their vibrant color starts to fade when thy are finished. Yours looks healthy and capable of forming new buds— they are working their way to the top. I had one that budded all ove, and I think it as pink like yours. Fun gift for a kid, watching as buds keep popping, they can keep count.

Do you think that I could graft other cactus’s on to it.?

Lol I don’t even know what that means but Its not too sturdy if that’s what you are asking...I just got it cause like why wouldn’t you order a pink cactus online :)
