I purchased this based on the reviews on amazon alone. I was looking for ways to control my response to stress. To be frank, I was not expecting much of an improvement. However I could see subtle changes in my mood. The first thing I noticed was that I was less fidgety than usual. My mood was elevated, not by a significant margin, but substantial enough to be noticed. Small things stopped bothering me and I could be much more productive in the office with reduced anxiety. This improved state of mind will improve other areas of your life as well. However I did notice that my digestion was affected after eating Ashwagandha with increased flatulence. It felt like a small fire in the stomach. This was not a big negative and could be easily managed. The benefits are much more. I can certainly vouch that this was due to the tablets and not due any psychology or the usual placebo effect. Its all price very well. Definitely a good buy.

The product from Himalaya is always recommended..... Aswagandha is an ayurvedic medicine.......which is a time tested herb that rejuvenates the body and mind. It helps lower stress from daily life... The product which i bought is a 3 pc combo.... and its value for money.... good packaging and very recent product.... I was previously using aswagandha from patanjali... but i have found aswagandha from himalaya to by highly effective and powerfulll..... it shows effect from the first time you use it.... This is not multi-vitamins, but an extract from the roots of the herb aswagandha.... which is highly regarded in ayurvedic science... I usevally take 2 tablets a day one in the morning and one in the night...... i would reccomend to consume it with either water or milk. after some food... dont take it in empty stomach... This herb has no side effects.. overall i'm happy with this product..... and i would reccommend all the people to have it for reducing stress.
