The salt itself is tasty and a fun twist on white salt with its beautiful blue hue. I want to give it five stars because the packaging looks nice and even has a magnet on the bottom if you want to stick it on the fridge or other metal appliance for convenience. The product itself is truly unique but I had to put it in a different container to be able to use it. I almost couldn't get the container open the first time and the second time, I had to pry it open because it was stuck and nearly impossible to open. When I finally was able to open it, there was a big mess and waste of salt. I ended up mixing it with my Redmond's salt which is ok but definitely not ideal. Thankfully, I did have an alternate shaker or I would have thrown it away just because of the non user-friendly container.

I received this salt on 8*16*25 and I used the last of it on 8*31*25!! I eas a little disappointed that the color was not as advertised, no where near as blue as shown in the picture!! I can't say that I noticed that big of a difference in the sodium content but it was not as salty as the iodized salt I normally use!! I didn't love or dislike it!! I saved the tin!! It was sometimes hard to turn to the opening!! I was disappointed!!
