This radio has 3 ways to charge and you can add batteries if all else fails. I really like that feature. It worked straight out of the box. I found our radio stations without a problem and the clarity is amazing. It's small but packs a punch with excellent quality, easy to use, and great value for the money. The light is very bright.

Everything is good about this be sure to get the orange and black one it’s the cheapest my friend bought one and he loves it too. The quality of the build is great too and its charging options work great too. Size is perfect. Weather radio. And sound quality great. Even sos a little too powerful.

So far this appears to be a nice little emergency radio. I bought it because my old Radio Shack emergency radio finally bit the dust. (Radio Shack is no longer in business.) I have no illusions that the solar-charger on the top of the radio will really do any amount of decent charging but the rest of the features seem to work reasonably well. I was able to charge up the internal lithium battery with the included cable and a 5V wall charger I had lying around, and the radio worked off of the internal battery. It also worked off of AA batteries when I installed them. (Be sure to switch from L-ion to AA when using AA batteries.) I also was able top off charging my cell phone using the internal battery when it was charged up. Again I have no illusions that the radio internal battery would be able to fully charge an charge empty cell phone with either its internal battery or the charging crank, but it hopefully should be able to charge a phone up enough so that it could be used in an emergency to call for help. Perhaps someone would have to continuously charge the phone with the crank so that someone else would be able to have a long enough phone conversation to give emergency responders their location and problem. I ended up purchasing a separate table radio for home use that can work off of both an AC wall plug and D batteries with no Weather band channel so as to keep the little Prunus Emergency Radio always on stand by for emergencies. I did a lot of searching and research before deciding upon an emergency radio and all in all, so far, I think purchasing this little Prunus emergency radio was a good choice for my needs without breaking the bank.

Decent radio. Can be powered by internal rechargeable battery, AA batteries, solar or hand crank so good for emergencies or disasters. The one feature I wish it had but doesn't is a notification alarm. That would be a position where the radio is not broadcasting but if a serious weather announcement develops it would give a notification.

Pretty handy little radio. I keep it at my she-shed where there's no power. Radio tunes in am and fm stations without problem. Charging is a bit of an inconvenience as I have to remember to take it home with me but is nice the tuning lights flash and radio cuts out as an alert the battery is needing a charge. But overall battery lasts a good while.

Delivered quickly and works great. Great product for emergencies, camping, outdoor farm use. Smaller than I expected but that's ok.

The am/fm radio and light work fine but I ordered it ONLY for the Emergency Broadcast Radio portion and the one they sent me isn't working properly. I reached out to the company and they contacted me immediately to try and resolve the issue. They are sending me a new replacement...........so my fingers are crossed that the new one works fine. The company offers great and fast customer service........and seem like a top company. Update: I received the replacement radio the company promised to send and it works perfect! I finally have a weather channel that works great! The company's customer service and follow through were outstanding........so kudos to them.

Purchased this to have for power outages. The sound quality is pretty good.

Hola la he comprado tras el apagon que tuvimos en españo a finales de abril que me dejo totalmente incomunicada y sin noticias. El volumen es mas que suficiente, que habia quejas de modelos con bajo volumen. La elegi por lo versatil que es en sus tipos de carga. La tango cargada y guardada, si hay suerte no la tendre que utilizar nunca

Muy completo, con todo tipo de fuentes de energia y todo tipo de complementos para un apagon

Muy fácil de maneja y pequeña para llevar en la mochila de viaje je o en la guantera del coche etc...
